Aasha Davis’ Sister Goes MissingMarch 27th, 2009 - 12:20 am ICT by GD
The sister of Friday Night Lights and South of Nowhere actress Aasha Davis has reportedly gone missing. Lesley Ann Herring, 46, disappeared in early February following an argument with her husband at their Hollywood condo, according to reports. Davis reported her sister missing only after she did not come home or to work for several days following. Her coworkers reported seeing her last on February 6th. The police said that Lesley Herring’s car and personal beongings are still at the condominium she shared with her husband.
Speaking about her sister Davis said, “She is a creature of habit. And this is why her disappearance is so alarming to us.” Investigating Detective Chris Gable claimed that the missing woman’s husband, Lyle Herring was not co-operating with the investigation and said that he is yet to appear for a polygraph test. Elaborating further, the Detective said, “I would describe his cooperation as fragmented and less than helpful, not someone I would expect as a grieving husband.”
Lyle Herring, meanwhile received several calls asking him to return the money he owes to a number of people and the police said they were also trying to see if there was a link between the phone calls and the disappearance of Lesley Herring on February 8. The police has also sought public help in gathering more information about the investigation.
Aasha Davis played the tragic Chelsea Lewis on The N’s South of Nowhere and appeared on Friday Night Lights as Waverley Grady, the girlfriend of Smash (Gaius Charles). She has also acted in Gilmore Girls, Grey’s Anatomy, House M.D., E.R. and other shows.
