Few weeks after it was reported that he’s split with girl friend Sanjeeda Shiekh, Aamir Ali once again finds himself making news for the wrong reasons.

Last night, an individual named Sajid Shaikh rammed his car into Aamir’s vehicle which resulted into an altercation between the two. The incident occurred at Filmcity, Goregoan.

“Shaikh was taking a reverse turn when his car collided with Aamir’s vehicle thereby causing little damage to his car. Enraged over this, Aamir got into an argument with Shaikh following which the duo lodged complaints against each other,” said LD Tompe, Senior Inspector Aarey Police Station in a PTI report.

Non cognizable offences have been registered against the two and they were left off with a warning, added Tompe.

We tried calling Aamir Ali but he remained unavailable for comment.

A source close to the actor informs, “This chap appeared to be a goon. First, he banged Aamir’s car. Thereafter, he misbehaved with his driver. When Aamir stepped in, he threatened to bring his gang. After few minutes he literally got 15-20 guys with him to beat the driver. That’s when Aamir intervened and pushed Shaikh but he never assaulted him as reported by certain section of the media. He then immediately called the police. When the cops arrived, this man developed cold feet and literally begged for forgiveness. Today too, he was called to the police station where he asked for forgiveness.”

Such collisions are a daily affair in Mumbai city but they only gain momentum if it involves a celebrity. His car may be damaged but Ali will certainly welcome the needless media attention.
