New York, Feb 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Jennifer Aniston could not resist lighting up on her birthday. The 43-year-old announced in December that she had quit smoking “few months ago.”

To the shock of many people, a picture of the actress lighting up at the Chateau Marmont on Sunset Boulevard. She was joined by several other celebrities at the party which was organized by partner Justin Theroux. The two showed some affection in front of the friends who attended the event.

A source told Britain’s OK Magazine that, “She was so excited and made lots of sounds and had a puppy-dog look on her face. Justin and Jennifer kissed and hugged and were very affectionate with each other. They were both welcoming guests in to the party together. They were just relaxing and she was opening up gifts.”

Another source said Aniston never tasted alcohol at the party but enjoyed a cigarette at the balcony of the bar. This is not the first time that Aniston has promised quitting smoking. However in each of the occasions, she finds herself back at the habit.

In 2002, the actress promised that she will eventually stop smoking but struggled shortly afterwards. In a chat which was published in the January edition of the InStyle magazine, Aniston said she has no grudge with former husband Brad Pitt and partner Angelina Jolie.
