Seal Island, South Africa, Aug 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Hollywood actress Halle Berry will next be seen fighting against a great white shark in the waters of the False Bay in Seal Island. After a fruitful career which has seen the actress matching up to the strength of mutants and James Bond villains, the upcoming film “Dark Tide” will see the actress facing the attack of a giant white shark as she goes about portraying the role of Sara, a diving instructor.

It has been reported that the 43 year old actress is working very hard these days in the South African locales for her part in “Dark Tide”. Photographs released in the media show Halle Berry all set to dive into the waters of the Seal Island in her flowery bikini and black wetsuit. Olivier Martinez will be co-starring in the upcoming Halle Berry thriller. According to the reports that are now available, Halle Berry’s character Sara, though a diving expert, is afraid to hit the waters when she gets involved in an accident involving a great white shark, an accident which could have taken away her life.

Though “Dark Tide” may bring back memories of the phenomenal “Jaws”, the shark experts across the United States are not very pleased at Halle Berry’s new venture. Shark divers have tried their best in the past to convince people that a white shark may be dangerous but only when it is attacked. They are of the claim that the Halle Berry starrer “Dark Tide” may be a hindrance in the path to what they preach. The movie is still being filmed and a release date has not been issued as of yet.
