shemLos Angeles, Feb 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After actor Charlie Sheen was admitted to a medical facility last week with abdominal pain, the Los Angeles Fire Department released a 911 recording in which the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star is described as ‘drunk’ as well as ‘in a lot of pain.’ The call was placed by Dr. Paul Nassif who revealed that he got a call from someone in the residence of the 45-year-old actor seeking medical assistance and advice. During the recording that lasted for just about five minutes, the doctor tells a dispatcher that he had a ‘kind of weird’ conversation while adding that the actor was ‘very, very intoxicated, also apparently in a lot of pain.’

The 911 call that was released by the Los Angeles Fire Department comes on the same day, Charlie Sheen issued a statement in which he had thanked his bosses, followers as well as co-stars for the unrelenting support that they had showcased since he had been hospitalized last week. In the statement, the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star said ‘Thank You’ to everyone associated with the show ‘for their concern and support.’

On Thursday last week, Charlie Sheen was admitted to a medical facility but was released later the same day. Since then, the 45-year-old actor’s publicist Stan Rosenfield has hinted that Charlie Sheen was hospitalized owing to hernia related troubles and later it came to light that the actor had gone to rehab. However, the exact reason due to which the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star had to seek help from rehab is still not clear.
