March 20th, 2010 - 1:35 am ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, March 20 (IANS) Rapper 50 Cent insists he has no intention of quitting the music industry but admits he will have to change if he wants to continue to be one of the world’s biggest rappers.
The rapper says he will always be involved in the hip-hop scene but realises he may have to adapt to fit in with the ever-changing industry, reports contactmusic.com.
“I don’t think I’ll retire. I think you should look forward to me going behind the scenes more. I still have passion for music. And the music business itself has changed.
“If you can’t figure out how to develop the brand extension and opportunities that allow you to build up the marketing dollar, I don’t see how you can continue to be a superstar,” he said.
