Washington, July 23, 2010 (Just Flashed): The Justice Department of America has uttered that three citizens of Colombia have been extradited to the United States. The purpose behind their transportation to America is to make them defend themselves against accusations that they took part in a visa fraud affair via the American Embassy in Bogotá.

The Justice Department has divulged that the abovementioned three defendants generated fabricated backdrops for the others. This fabrication was in an endeavor to lend a hand to in excess of 100 Colombian residents, who desired to attain an American visa. These Colombian residents were otherwise not eligible to enter America. The Justice Department has declared that many of these Colombian residents did procure counterfeit travel documents to enter the soil of the United States.

The three Colombian residents, who have been handed over to America, happen to be full-grown individuals such as 60-year-old Humberto Toro Mejia, 52-year-old Heliber Toro Mejia and 52-year-old Luz Elena Acuna Rios. Humberto had come into view in a federal courthouse on Thursday in Washington, D.C. Heliber and Luz had come into sight in a court of law on July 14. The three accused originate from the Colombian city of Bogotá and are indicted with the plot to perpetrate a racket related to travel documents. They have also received the indictment of plotting to smuggle immigrants unlawfully for self-centered reasons.
