Sep 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) On the wake of the incident of a South Carolina mother being accused of suffocating her two sons to death, a reputed media source came up with the horrific story of yet another man who was shot by his father as a child but had a miraculous survival. The survivor of the tragic incident that took place 25 years ago recently recalled his ordeal in front of a media source and pointed out that the two young sons of the South Carolina woman are not the only one to have become the victim of such brutal parental attacks.

Chris Keith, who is now a 30-year-old man, said to the media source that the incident occurred when he was just a 5-year-old toddler. He mentions that his father killed his mother and his 8-year-old elder brother in their Tulsa, Oklahoma home. Chris Keith’s father had also shot him before committing suicide. However, now as a 30-year-old man, Chris Keith holds that it is only due to God’s grace that he is still alive and is living a respectful life.

However, the story of Chris Keith becomes all the more pathetic as the man recalled in front of the media source that it was only 12 years old when he came to know about the real story behind the death of his family. He maintained that it was his grandparents who revealed his father’s reality in front of Chris Keith, who until then believed that his family had died in a fatal car accident. As a 12-year-old boy, Chris Keith was left alone to cope with the uncouth reality of his past. However, life has taught him many things and now as 30-year-old religious man, Chris Keith goes to different juvenile justice centers and youth groups to share his story and believes that God has greater plans for him.
