Jan 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The star studded Golden Globe Awards was marked with the presence of the most elegantly dressed actors and actress. Where coincidentally pink was the most dominant color, on the red carpet, there were others who deviated from the stereotype, to sport something absolutely exclusive and unique.

Perhaps the most elegantly dressed person who walked the red carpet was Angelina Jolie. Considered as one of the best dressed actresses, she sported a sea green gown designed by Atelier Versace. It was full sleeves, with deep back, and was tight around the waist. The glittery dress complemented the envious body of the superstar, and one must agree, that the dress and the star, both of them complemented each other. The other Hollywood hottie, who preferred to go green was Catherine Zeta Jones. Where Angelina Jolie’s dress was slim fitted, the “Mask Of Zorro” star donned a bell shaped, shoulder-less gown from the Monique Lhuiller Pre-Fall 2011 collection. The envious gold detailed gown worn by Olivia Wilde, was one of a kind. However, this shoulder-less and bell shaped gown was not what stole the attention. It was her golden high heeled stilettos, that added a dash of spark to her look.

Where for a change, the other actresses kept it subtle, with the minimal exposure of skin, a few stars preferred it bold. Halle Berry entered in a black spaghetti strapped bustier dress from Nina Ricci Fall 2009 collection. However, she has the potential to look a lot better than that. Jennifer Lopez came to the limelight, the moment she entered in her Christian Louboutin peep-toes and a white Zuhair Murad Spring 2011 dress. Although the gown had a deep neck hanging from a noodle strap, she wore a white transparent drape, with rich sequined work, to modestly and partially cover her curvaceous assets.
