20,000 people to congregate at Jagannath Rath Yatra in Mumbai

Organized by Indian Society For Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), the Yatra will begin at 3 pm from the Bhagavat Saptah ground, opposite Kamala Vihar Sports club, Kandivili (West) and continue through SV Road and Mahavir Nagar. It will then return to the Bhagavat Saptah ground and end by 7.30 pm.
This will be followed by Prasadam, or offering served to 20,000 devotees and a session of hymns and spiritual discourses. The Yatra will be followed by ISKCON famous Hare Krishna Festival from December 21 to 27. The one week festivities will include children’s competitions, value education for children a crash course on Srimad Bhagavat Gita, a youth festival –which will focus on stress management and art of mind control, and plays.
