12/24 Karol Bagh To End On October 15

October 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Here is a shocking news for the fans of Zee TV’s popular show ‘12/24 Karol Bagh’! It is reported that the much loved show by Sunshine production is going to end soon.
The show was famous due to its realistic approach of the storyline. It became the first entertainment show, which was shot outside Mumbai. It is a Delhi-based show and has been shot in the capital only.
The final episode of ‘12/24 Karol Bagh’ will be aired on October 15. A source was quoted saying that the channel has decided to end the show. The show has got a decent rating on the 7pm slot, so this might have prompted the channel to try a brand new show at the same time, the source added.
The news was confirmed by producer Sudhir Sharma. He was quoted saying that it is true that ‘12/24 Karol Bagh’ will conclude on October 15.
Sukesh Motwani, fiction head of Zee TV, also confirmed that the channel is bidding adieu to the show. But he did not disclose anything about the new show which will replace ‘12/24 Karol Bagh’ in the 7 pm slot.
The channel is now preparing to launch a new show titled ‘Dil Se Diya Vachan’, which is being produced by Film Farm. So, this is expected to take the 7 pm slot. However, nothing is confirmed yet.
