under1Apr 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The popular CBS reality series “Undercover Boss” reached its conclusion on Sunday night when the season finale of the show was aired featuring 1-800-Flowers President and COO Chris McCann. Like all the previous episodes of the reality series, even the last segment proved to be worth watching as the 1-800-Flowers COO went undercover in his own company to grasp the way his stores actually functions at the basic level.

In the finale episode, Chris McCann was seen taking up the alias of a house painter, Patrick O’Reilly who later visits a number of 1-800-Flowers locations. As the top executive of the company commences his journey as a mere worker, he first makes a stop at New Jersey where he works with floral designer Pauline, who vents her frustration with the company that leaves Chris McCann visibly surprised. Pauline tells the top executive that how the company completely brushed aside the new floral arrangement ideas of her and other designers. As the episode progresses, Chris McCann is seen visiting other 1-800-Flowers locations in Ohio, Boston, Massachusetts, New York and in every store he gets to have a variety of experience.

The reality show gives Chris McCann the opportunity to work with his employees from close quarters and get to know the trials and tribulations that they have to go through during every day’s work. Meanwhile, given the fact that this was “Undercover Boss” last episode in this season, it hardly comes as a surprise that it managed to receive wide viewership. However, viewers do not need to be disappointed that the show has concluded, as the series has been picked for a second season.
