007 studio ‘considers move to the Far East’
September 20th, 2009 - 1:21 pm ICT by ANILondon, Sept 20 (ANI): Pinewood Shepperton, the studio home of the cinematic James Bond series, is considering a move to the Far East, say reports.
According to the Telegraph, the studios group behind a raft of blockbusters including Harry Potter franchise is considering creating a production site in the Far East.
Reports say that after increasing appetite from Hollywood for Asian film sets, the company wants to open a Pinewood Studios in China or a neighbouring country such as Malaysia.
It follows Pinewood’s move into Toronto with Pinewood Toronto Studios. (ANI)
