Action Replayy is indeed one of the most awaited films this Diwali season. While the audience is more than eager to see Akshay Kumar romance Aishwarya Rai on the big screen, Akshay promises his fans that his upcoming release is not slapstick, but a family entertainer. This is the fourth time that the Khiladi actor and Vipul Shah are teaming up for a film together. And like before, the pairing is expected to pay off at the box office. Action Replayy is a romantic comedy set in the 1970s.
Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai play retro couples in Action Replayy and as already visible in the music videos that go on air in various television channels, Aishwarya as well as Akshay have gone for a complete makeover for Vipul Shah’s next. Though the film is a comic love story, it has its own dose of drama, confirms leading man Akshay Kumar. And like his previous films, Vipul Shah has tried to maintain the perfect balance between the fun and the emotional content in his Diwali release. We are sure that the audience will look forward to the Akshay – Aishwarya romance. The film also stars Neha Dhupia in an important role.
