Xerox launches four new colour printers

New Delhi, Aug 17 (IANS) Photo copier and printing products maker Xerox Tuesday launched four colour printers for corporate and graphic arts consumers.
Priced between Rs.2.5 lakh and Rs.11 lakh, these printers are also targeted at small and medium enterprises, architects and government enterprises.

The products range include Xerox work centre 7120 which offers multiple copying, scanning and faxing features, Xerox color qube which provides automatic two-sided copying, Xerox 7142 offering cost-effective printouts and Xerox 8264E colour wide format printers which can be used for printing posters and banners.

With the unveiling of two of its products Xerox 7142 and Xerox 8264E color wide format printers, the company also entered into the AO wide format inkjet printer category.

“Xerox’s strength has been as a technology innovator having ushered multiple technology revolutions in the printing industry. Today we create yet another industry milestone by offering four technology platforms under color — laser, LED, Solid Ink and Inkjet — under one roof,” said Andrew Horne, managing director, Xerox India.
