warrenWashington, Mar 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Warren Buffett’s 20 page annual letter addressed to the new shareholders of Berkshire Hathaway was released on Saturday. In this letter apart from his use of language which according to some is full of “quotable quotes”, Warren Buffett has shared the company’s performance, the work that the company is doing and its investments. The letter can be read in detail at the Berkshire Hathaway’s official website.

Warren Buffett is considered as one of the top investors and his company has gained other shareholders after the recent takeover of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation Railway. The company has according to reports 65,000 new shareholders. In his letter, Warren Buffett addresses these shareholders, many of whom are small investors. Many of the small investors were added last month when the company share prices fell drastically after the split. With his influential letter posted on the official website of the company, Warren Buffett according to many has put the bait in front of other investors.

In the letter, Warren Buffett analyzed the market and also hinted at the probable rise in some sectors. He anticipated that towards the end of 2010 Clayton Homes will make a benefit if the housing market is brought to equilibrium with regards to demand and supply. According to sources, as of now the investor suggests that the company should wait patiently for the right time to come. In the letter, Warren Buffett’s report about the housing sector future has been called by many analysts as a “unique” approach towards the problem. However, those who were waiting anxiously to read whom the 79 year old investor and philanthropist mentions as his successor were left disappointed. The letter did not mention or put any clue about his successor.
