Vodafone brings special Tuesday in Kolkata
August 4th, 2009 - 4:21 pm ICT by IBNSKolkata, Aug 4 (IBNS) Vodafone, one of India’s leading cellular services providers today introduced Vodafone Tuesdays in Kolkata wherein Vodafone customers can enjoy the exclusive scheme of getting two movie tickets for the price of one.
Available on Tuesdays, this offer enables Vodafone customers to watch their favourite movies at any of the two outlets of Fame (South City, and Highland Park) in Kolkata. Vodafone subscribers can easily download the mobile coupons for a coming Tuesday movie on any day of the week from their phones, said a company release.
Sridhar Rao, Chief Executive Officer, Vodafone Essar East said, “Vodafone has always endeavoured to bring innovative service offerings to its varied customer base. Vodafone Tuesdays is one such initiative. Our customers can now double their joy by paying for just one ticket, while getting the benefit of two.”
Vodafone Essar is the Indian subsidiary of Vodafone Group and commenced operations in 1994 when its predecessor Hutchison Telecom acquired the cellular license for Mumbai. The company now has operations across the country with over 76.44 million customers.
