US food organisations participate in Indian expo
December 3rd, 2009 - 9:42 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Dec 3 (IANS) Several US food industry organisations are taking part in a three-day international food and drink exhibition here, which will end Friday.
The American embassy here Thursday said the US was bringing to India its highest quality and most delicious food products.
“The US business relationship with India and partnership with Indian importers, distributors, hospitality industry groups are helping to create and insure economic opportunities for the citizens of both countries”" it said.
California Prune Board, California Table Grape Commission, Pear Bureau Northwest, Washington Apple Commission, Southern United States Trade Association and Food Export Association of Midwest USA are the leading US organisations attending the International Food and Drink Expo India-2009.
