London, November 17 (ANI): Pop band Sugababes has had it once and for all with UKs biggest music awards, who they claim have denied them recognition.

The London group, consisting of Keisha Buchanan, Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah, is yet to claim a major Brit award despite their six No.1 hits, two Guinness World Records, sale of 5.5 million albums even a visit from Brit PM Gordon Brown.

Im proud that Gordon Brown is recognising us, but why not the Brits? Were British for Gods sake and weve done well. Surely we deserve an award after all the hard work weve done? the Mirror quoted Keisha as saying.

Amelle added: Im telling you, if they dont nominate us this year, thats it, Im done. Im not going.

They should sack all those old men on the board and leave it to the fans to decide. They dont know what they are talking about.

Our song About You Now sold almost as many singles as Rihannas Umbrella yet she was up on-stage and we got no recognition. (ANI)
