Spurious milk powder racket unearthed in Jharkhand
January 1st, 2011 - 7:56 pm ICT by IANSRanchi, Jan 1 (IANS) A total of 150 sacks of adulterated milk powder were seized in Jharkhand’s coal city Dhanbad Saturday, police said.According to police sources, an illegal godown situated in Katras area of Dhanbad district was raided leading to the recovery of the spurious product worth Rs.5 lakh.
No one has so far been arrested following the raid, a police officer said, adding that investigation was in progress.
