Sify e Learning wins two Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards

The Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Research, one of the leading research firms in training and development. Instituted thirteen years ago, these awards acknowledge exceptional work in the development and application of innovative learning technology.

Brandon Hall, Ph.D, Chairman of the Brandon Hall Awards program, said, “We are thrilled with the quality and creativity of this year’s winning entries. These winners represent the cutting edge of innovative learning.”

V M Kumar, Senior Vice President, International Business, Sify, said, “We are delighted that Brandon Hall has recognized our high-end work in e-learning once again. There is a constant focus on innovating and setting new standards in learning technologies within Sify. Winning two awards each time in two consecutive years is a clear reflection of our deep commitment to deliver services of high quality consistently.”

One of the Sify eLearning’s two award-winning entries this year was “Cisco Accessible E-Learning Platform” designed for Cisco to make e-learning courses an enriching learning experience for users with aural, visual, cognitive, and motor disabilities that won Silver in the category of Best Innovation in Learning Technology.

The other project that won Silver award in the category of Custom Content was “GT Exhaust Gas Thermocouple Installation” program, developed for GE to train its customers and site engineers on the practices for the inspection, testing, removal, and installation of the models.

This year’s award categories were Best Custom Content, Best Innovation in Learning Technology, Best Blended Learning Program, Best Learning Team, Best Results of a Learning Program, and Best Use of Emerging Technology. Over 256 entries were received and evaluated by independent judges from around the world. (ANI)
