Sensex volatile in morning trade

Mumbai, Nov 24 (IANS) A benchmark index of Indian equities Wednesday was trading volatile in morning trade.
The 30-share sensitive index (Sensex) of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which opened at 19,735.28 points, was ruling at 19,729.99 points, up 38.15 points or 0.19 percent from its previous close at 19,691.84 points.
At the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the 50-share S&P CNX Nifty was trading at 5,947.35 points, up 0.21 percent.
Broader markets indices were doing relatively better, with the BSE midcap index ruling 0.5 percent up and the BSE smallcap index trading 0.99 perecent higher.
