Samsung launches 3-day all-India free service camp
March 10th, 2011 - 6:28 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 10 (IANS) Electronics major Samsung India Thursday launched a three- day-long free service camp across the country from March 11 for its cooling products including air-conditioners and refrigerators ahead of the scorching summer season.
“The free service camp is our way of reassuring our customers that our relationship with them continues well beyond the sale of the product,” said Rajiv Ganju, head, customer satisfaction of Samsung India.
“The free servicing of Samsung cooling products just ahead of the summer season will definitely benefit our consumers and we are expecting a very positive response to this initiative from our consumers,” he added.
Customers can avail this facility by dialling the company’s toll free number — 30308282 — or by sending the company a message “CARE” on 54242.
The services, available for the products bought during or after 2004, include inspection of products, free servicing and special discounts on spare parts and accessories.
