New Delhi, March 10 (IANS) Electronics major Samsung India Thursday launched a three- day-long free service camp across the country from March 11 for its cooling products including air-conditioners and refrigerators ahead of the scorching summer season.

“The free service camp is our way of reassuring our customers that our relationship with them continues well beyond the sale of the product,” said Rajiv Ganju, head, customer satisfaction of Samsung India.

“The free servicing of Samsung cooling products just ahead of the summer season will definitely benefit our consumers and we are expecting a very positive response to this initiative from our consumers,” he added.
