Report: BP chief executive Hayward to be nominated for board position at Russia’s TNK-BP
July 26th, 2010 - 11:30 pm ICT by BNO NewsLONDON (BNO NEWS) — British Petroleum (BP) chief executive Tony Hayward will be nominated for board position at Russia’s TNK-BP, Sky News reported on Monday.
According to the report, Hayward’s departure would be confirmed either after a BP board meeting on Monday night or before Tuesday’s stock market opening.
BP would also announce that Hayward was likely to be nominated for non-executive position at Russian venture TNK-BP, Sky News added.
