Religare rejigs board, chairman Malvinder Singh steps down
April 6th, 2010 - 8:58 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 6 (IANS) The board of directors of Religare Enterprises Tuesday approved the appointment of Sunil Godhwani as the company’s chairman and managing director.
The Board accepted the resignation of Malvinder Mohan Singh, who till now was the chairman and a member of the board.
It also accepted resignation of Shivinder Mohan Singh as member.
The Board appointed Shachindra Nath and Anil Saxena as new board members. Nath has been made the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company.
