Ranchi to get three flyovers for smooth traffic
January 21st, 2011 - 10:12 pm ICT by IANSRanchi, Jan 21 (IANS) The Jharkhand government Friday decided to seek feasibility and project reports for construction of three flyovers in the state capital to ensure smooth traffic movement.”Chief Minister, Arjun Munda Friday gave his approval to prepare feasibility-cum- detailed project report of three flyovers in Ranchi. The three will come up at the Albert Ekka, Sujata and Lalpur roundabouts,” an official told IANS.
“Secon Private Ltd, Bangalore will prepare the report for the Albert Ekka roundabout and Suncun Engineers Pvt Ltd of Pune for the Lalpur and Sujata roundabouts,” the official added.
Ranchi is facing traffic congestion and the flyovers are likely to help ease the problem.
