Punj Lloyd wins Rs.232 crore contract in Bihar
April 7th, 2010 - 5:43 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 7 (IANS) Infrastructure major Punj Lloyd Wednesday said it has bagged a contract worth Rs.232 crore from the Bihar government to build 850 solar-powered water treatment plants across the state.
The scope of work includes design, construction and commissioning of the plants.
Punj Lloyd Delta Renewables, a group company, will execute the order, the company said in a statement.
With this contract, the order backlog for the group on a consolidated basis has gone up to Rs.26,205 crore, the statement added.
