Pravin Shah appointed M&M; automotive CEO
January 12th, 2012 - 8:58 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Mumbai, Jan 12 (IANS) The Mahindra and Mahindra group Thursday appointed Pravin Shah as chief executive of its automotive division, who would assume charge Feb 1.
In a statement, the group said Shah, chief executive for international operations of the automotive and farm equipment sector, is being succeeded by Ruzbeh Irani, executive vice president, corporate strategy and chief brand officer.
It said the changes were in line with with its internal talent management.
“These changes are consistent with the group’s commitment of nurturing and strengthening the process of internal talent management.”
The group said Irani was being replaced by Shriprakash Shukla, who is currently president, special group projects.
