Police expedite processing of former PMs Office Ministers case

Deputy Commander of Central Investigation Police Major General Somdate Kaowkum (สมเดช ขาวขำ) acting as the lead investigator in the lese majeste case of former Prime Minsiter’s Office minister Jakrapob Penkae stated that police have interrogated 6-7 witnesses from a list compiled by Mr. Jakrapob himself. Police have proceeded to submit the witnesses for further questioning by a police committee.

Mr. Jakrapob listed two main witnesses in his case, namely Deputy Spokesman of the Government Nuttawut Saikua (ณัฐวุฒิ ใสยเกื้อ) and People Power Party MP Jatuporn Phrompun (จตุพร พรหมพันธุ์). Both are having their processing expedited as police want to conclude the case as soon as possible and are aiming for all evidence to be processed within this week. Once Central Investigation can conclude the matter, it will be passed on to a committee of the National Police.
