Pittsburg woman is suing Bank of America for taking her parrot along with the house

bank Pittsburg, Mar 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) An inhabitant of Pittsburg has sued the Bank of America, over charges that the bank repossessed her house wrongfully. The 46-year-old Angela Iannelli is claiming that a bank contractor completely destroyed the furniture in her house, and left it in shambles, and also took her pet parrot with him. She has sued the Bank of America in Allegheny County on Monday.

She says that her house was mortgaged to the Bank of America, and she claims that her mortgage payments were always on time, yet a contractor of the bank came and damaged her furniture, confiscated her pet parrot, and even padlocked her house. Her house is located in the Allison Park region, and this incident happened in October.

Lawyers for Angela say that she has suffered a lot emotionally, due to the loss of her pet parrot. Though she eventually got back her house, when the matter was sorted out. She even got back the possession of her beloved pet parrot, after numerous phone calls with the bank.
