Parts of five buildings demolished in west Delhi
December 20th, 2010 - 9:22 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 20 (IANS) Continuing its crackdown on unauthorised constructions, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Monday demolished illegal portions of five buildings in west Delhi.”The MCD’s building department (Najafgarh zone) demolished unauthorised portions of five properties,” said a statement issued by the civic agency.
The action was taken in Raj Nagar and Sainik Nagar areas of west Delhi.
The MCD crackdown started after a building with two illegal floors collapsed Nov 15 in east Delhi, killing at least 70 people.
