Parsvnath to set up IT park in Gurgaon
May 21st, 2009 - 7:17 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, May 21 (IANS) Realty major Parsvnath Developers will develop an IT park in Gurgaon, it said Thursday.
The company is already in possession of the land and will invest Rs.135 crore in the project, Parsvnath Technica, it said in a statement.
Located on the main Gurgaon-Sohna road, the Parsvnath Technica cyber park will have office space of 700,000 square feet in two towers.
Parsvnath expects to realise around Rs.350-Rs.370 crore from the project, which is scheduled to be completed within three years from the commencement of construction.
“The decisive mandate in the elections assures us that a stable government without any backward pull from allies will ensure a robust economy,” said Parsvnath chairman Pradeep Jain, adding: “I am confident we will witness tremendous response from prospective customers for our IT park.”
