Lahore , Aug 12 (ANI): Amid reports of differences with the PCB over the selection of squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy, Pakistan cricket coach Geoff Lawson has reportedly left for his home country Australia .

According to PCB sources, Lawson had some difference with PCBs selection committee over a few players, after which he took the decision to leave for Australia .

Meanwhile, PCBs Chief Operating Officer Shafqat Naghmi said that the coach had gone to New Zealand and Australia on request of ICC Task Team where he will meet players and board officials and try to remove their concerns about visiting Pakistan , reported The News.
