Kolkata, Jan 4 (IANS) Kingfisher Airlines Monday launched direct flights connecting Kolkata to Patna and Ranchi to Raipur.
“With the launch of flights on the Ranchi-Raipur route, Kingfisher Airlines is the only airline to offer direct flights between the two cities,” a company release said.

The Ranchi-Raipur direct flights would operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. IT 4573 will depart from Ranchi (Jharkhand capital) at 7.30 a.m. and arrive in Raipur (Chhattisgarh capital) at 9 a.m.

The return flight IT 4574 will take off from Raipur at 10.20 a.m. and reach Ranchi at 11.45 a.m.

A daily Kolkata-Patna flight IT 4579 will leave Kolkata (West Bengal capital) at 6.25 p.m. and arrive in Patna (Bihar capital) at 7.55 p.m. On its return journey, IT 4580 will fly out from Patna at 8.20 p.m. and fly into Kolkata at 10 p.m.

The company will operate Kolkata-Patna alternate day flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Flight IT 4581 will start from Kolkata at 9.05 a.m. and reach Patna at 10.40 a.m. with the return flight IT 4582 departing from Patna at 12 noon and arriving in Kolkata at 1.30 p.m.
