Aug 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Nissan the Japanese car giant has unveiled a new series of ad campaigns to showcase its technological innovations. At the forefront of this campaign is the Leaf electric car. The campaign also focuses on the durability and safety on the cars of the company. The ads will go on air on Saturday. One of the ads is named kidzilla which depicts a kid who is trying to destroy all his cars. Of course, the Nissan model remains intact. Nissan also takes a dig at rival Toyota in the dime ad where it mocks the now famous brake override system that landed Toyota in a fiasco. Nissan shows that its break override system is far superior to any of its rivals in the market.
Another ad that will be shown in the campaign is the Polar Bear. The ad shows a polar bear rushing though highways, railways and forests to be aided by a man riding Nissan Leaf. Nissan is trying to ensure that the new range if cars from its stable get adequate attention from the media. The models that have been revamped include Murano and Maxima. However, Cube which is a popular model is not there in any of ads for whatever reasons. The campaigns are sure to create ripples in the industry as the concepts adopted by Nissan are truly unique. The baby commercial is also quite eye catching.
Nissan is now counting heavily on its zero emission electric car Leaf and it is expected to go on sale by next year. With this Nissan aims to attract a new section of the buyers.
