New road links Sharjah with Dubai, Abu Dhabi
July 4th, 2010 - 3:56 pm ICT by IANSDubai, July 4 (IANS/WAM) A new 70 km-long road linking the emirate of Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi has been completed that will benefit motorists.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of the UAE has completed the construction of Dubai Bypass Road.
All phases of the construction of the project, costing over one billion dirhams (about $272 million), has been completed, Mattar Al Tayer, executive director of RTA, said Saturday.
