samsclubBrownsville, Mar 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Walmart Stores Inc. might have to face some legal hassles as one of the municipality judges has filed a lawsuit against its regional Sam’s Club. According to the reports, the 46 year old Brownsville municipal judge, Phil Bellamy has filed a legal case not only against Sam’s Club’s owner, Walmart Stores Inc. but also against the Sam’s Club and one of the managers of the store. It has been reported that the legal case has been filed as the municipal judge was enraged by the customer service that he had received in the store.

The reports indicate that the judge had to face tremendous harassment for the customer care executive of the store. It has been reported that the incident, which led to this situation had taken place when he had visited the store to purchase an expensive earring for his wife. Reports stated that the judge had entered some verbal dispute with the customer service representative of the store and was arrested by the police. Not only this, but the judge also had to spend several days in a mental health center for treatment.

Though the doctors of the mental health center had released him, his friends and family members found his behavior to be little strange and admitted him to another mental health center for one more time. The municipal judge has been highly disappointed with the incidents and now he wants an exemplary punishment for the owner as well as the representatives of Sam’s Club, so that they do not commit any such incidents in future.
