Modi launches investor facilitation portal

Ahmedabad, Nov 4 (IANS) Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi Thursday launched two investor facilitation and support tools to improve the investment climate in the state.
Modi unveiled an interactive Investor Facilitation Portal aimed at providing an online single window facilitation mechanism to investors.
He also launched an Investor Support System (ISS) manual for scientific identification of suitable land for industrial investments, according to an official press release.
The portal and the manual would facilitate investment before the fifth Vibrant Gujarat Summit to be held Jan 12 and 13 and thereafter, said the release.
