Hyderabad, May 27 (IANS) MetroMela, a multi-modal information services company, has announced the launch of a new lifestyle, wellness, entertainment and family based magazine, focussed exclusively on Hyderabad. The magazine gives thrust on user generated content that encourage users to share and write about their experience about shopping, food, entertainment, health, wellness, family and kid’s issues, said a statement issued by the company.
“Our goal is to create innovative new channels as well as multiplicity of choices to search and access authentic city centric information such as deals and listings for professionals on the move,” said Pankaj Joshi, co-founder and vice-president for marketing and business strategy of MetroMela.
“MetroMela promises a refreshingly new reading experience that will showcase the depth of local market specialities, the lifestyle of the city’s vibrant community, what they do and what they feel being part of the city they love,” said Barkha Shah, head of content.
The monthly magazine will have an initial print run of 15,000 copies in Hyderabad.
The company plans to publish similar city centric magazines in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Visakhapatnam, Kochi and Mysore, where metromela provides online local information services.
