McDonald’s McRib success pleases the company

New York, Nov 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) McDonald’s McRib is now available throughout America. The McRib is a sandwich with pork that has been re-formed to look like a rib.

The McRib has until now been a very elusive “commodity”. The sandwich was previously available in selected states in the United States. The sandwich is a huge source of discussion on the Internet. If you want to try the McRib out, then you have to try it pretty soon. This is because the sandwich is available for only six weeks every year.

This year, McRib went on sale from the 2nd of November and already there have been several queues for the sandwich. Though most of the people that have queued up for the sandwich enjoy eating it, others are in the queue out of curiosity. McDonald’s will stop selling the product on the 8th of December this year and it will only be available again the same time next year.

The sandwich is loved and hated at the same time. Diet conscious people argue that the food is not healthy and add up to the cholesterol level. However those who are in love with the sandwich see it as a delicacy and don’t see the risk that the consumption of the sandwich poses to them. After all it is for a small period in a year, they argue.
