Mumbai, April 28 (IANS) The technician who discovered the plot to sabotage industrialist Anil Ambani’s chopper last Thursday has been found dead, a company spokesman said here Tuesday evening.
“Air Works Indian Engineering Pvt Ltd received a call from the Mumbai Railway Police this evening that they found the body of Bharat Borge, our seniormost technician, on the railway tracks near Vile Parle,” the company spokesman told IANS.
Air Works Indian Engineering maintains the chopper used by the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group chief.
Borge was apparently run over by a speeding train some time this morning while he was trying to cross the railway tracks, the spokesman said.
Borge was the person who lodged the first formal complaint with the Santa Cruz Airport police station Thursday evening after discovering the attempt to sabotage Ambani’s private chopper.
The spokesman insisted he had no further information and they were awaiting more details from police.
