Laws violated, documents forged in 2G scam: Supreme Court
March 15th, 2011 - 8:33 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, March 15 (IANS) The Supreme Court Tuesday said there seems to be a violation of several laws and the forging of documents in the 2G spectrum scam.
The apex court bench of Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice A.K. Ganguly made the observation after it was given a status report by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on their investigation so far into the scam.
