Kerala Tourism wins PATA Gold award for best website
July 29th, 2010 - 6:25 pm ICT by IANSThiruvananthapuram, July 29 (IANS) Kerala Tourism’s global consumer travel website, keralatourism.org, has won the prestigious “PATA Gold Award 2010″.
The PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Gold Awards are meant to honour industry stakeholders who have made outstanding contributions to the promotion of travel and tourism across the Asia- Pacific region.
Keralatourism.org attracts one million visits each month.
“The keralatourism.org website is integral to Kerala Tourism’s worldwide marketing effort to promote Kerala’s amazing holiday experiences to the world,” said Tourism Secretary V. Venu.
The website is currently available in English, Hindi, French, German, Chinese, Italian and Spanish as well as select content in Malayalam.
The PATA Gold Awards 2010 will be presented on September 17 at the PATA Travel Mart in Macau.
