Indus Entrepreneurs to honour young entrepreneurs
November 3rd, 2010 - 8:43 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Nov3 (IANS) The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)Wednesday said it will organise excellence awards to honour young entrepreneurs in the country.
Companies set up less than five years ago are eligible for the awards.
“TiE will identify outstanding efforts of three young Indians who have put their blood, sweat and equity to nurture an idea and set up successful ventures,” said Geetika Dayal, executive director, TiE Delhi-NCR.
Companies can file their nominations by Nov 30 by logging on the TiE website.
The applicants should have achieved a turnover of over Rs.1 crore or at least five paying customers. The shortlisted finalists will be invited to present their idea at the TiE
entrepreneurial summit.
Three winners will be honoured on Dec 22.
Nearly 2,000 entrepreneurs across sectors are expected to participate in The TiE entrepreneurial summit that kicks off on Dec 21 in New Delhi.
