IndiGo launches five new domestic flights
December 23rd, 2011 - 7:48 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 23 (IANS) Budget carrier IndiGo Friday said it has added five more daily flights on its domestic route.
The new flights started Dec 20 are in the Kolkata-Raipur, Kolkata-Indore, Raipur-Indore, Mumbai-Raipur and Indore-Mumbai sectors.
“It is in line with our efforts to lay a strong foundation for the airline to achieve its forthcoming visions that primarily include offering convenient flying options to travellers across the country,” Aditya Ghosh, president, IndiGo, said in a statement.
The low cost carrier (LCC) is India’s second largest airline with a market share of 19.8 percent. It started international service in September.
