Himachal airports remain shut for third day
July 7th, 2010 - 1:13 pm ICT by IANSShimla, July 7 (IANS) Air connectivity in Himachal Pradesh remained snapped for the third consecutive day Wednesday owing to torrential rains, an official said here.
“Flights between Delhi, Shimla, Kullu and Dharamsala have been cancelled,” an official of the Kingfisher Airlines said.
The flight from Delhi arrives at 8.45 a.m. at Shimla and 8.05 am at Kullu. In Dharamsala, the flight comes at 12 noon.
Kingfisher is the only airline that operates regular flights between Delhi and Himachal Pradesh.
