Hi-tech road safety systems at Delhi fair
October 3rd, 2011 - 10:09 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 3 (IANS) From smart parking solutions to intelligent transport system - the largest traffic safety expo inaugurated in the capital Monday offers world class solutions for road safety and effective traffic management.
The three-day exhibition will see participation of more than 120 major road safety, transport infrastructure and parking solution companies from 25 countries.
“I have been looking after transport department for the past three years… As far as the field is concerned, we have been able to put a check on over-speeding and traffic violations but I strongly believe that there is still more scope for improvement,” said Delhi Transport Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely.
Technologies like license plate recognition, toll solutions, speed cameras and parking solutions are a few of the many highlights in ‘Intertraffic 2011′.
