Hailstones blast man off toilet!
July 19th, 2008 - 6:03 pm ICT by ANILondon, July 19 (ANI): Its not safe to answer the call of nature even in the bathroom these days. At least thats what Austrian Martin Bierbauer discovered when he was blasted off the toilet by hailstones.
The incident had shocked Bierbauer, 45, of Eisen-stadt, Austria, as he recalled how a torrent of golf ball-sized hailstones exploded from the bowl.
I heard the pipes rumbling then out came the hailstones. It was like a popcorn machine, the Sun quoted him as saying.
The hailstones had zoomed up the U-bend when the local drains became blocked with the pieces of ice during a storm. (ANI)
