Gujarat realtors to explore business in Argentina, Brazil
April 14th, 2010 - 6:10 pm ICT by IANSGandhinagar, April 14 (IANS) One hundred real estate developers from Gujarat will visit Argentina and Brazil in July to explore business opportunities in the two south American countries.
Suresh Patel, president of Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED), Wednesday said the tour was mainly aimed at taking a closer look at developing greenfield projects there.
“We intend to have wide-ranging interactions with real estate developers and architects associations,” he added.
The developers will see how new technology is being put to use in property development.
The tour is being organised by GIHED in coordination with the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI).
