GAP unveils its new logo

The brand launched the new logo on their official website earlier this week. Soon after the post of new the GAP Logo, the company received waves of criticism from design firms, mainstream publications. Even some bemused online bloggers started pouring their comments on the change. After the heard the cries of outrage the company decided to revile its new logo on Facebook to get the response for wider audiences.
The company’s rep has not commented on any of the news mentioned above. However, GAP officials wrote on the popular social networking and micro blogging site twitter that its time to change and they introduce their new logo and welcome the comments and ideas related to changed logo.
Some tweeted on a Gap’s Twitter page saying thanks to GAP for latest logo buzz after 20 years. And some call the new logo as ugly and an utter failure. However, it’s still unclean that whether the company will retain its old logo or will change to new one.
